Classic place, you know. We really enjoyed air conditioning, a mini-bar and a work desk. Thanks to manager, who often helped us. Location was great just a short stroll away from Central tube station...
-
Designer place to stay while in Brussels. Rooms were spacious and very clean, unbeatable location. Concierge is the best ever! The airport was 20 km away.
-
Great location. Lovely breakfast.
They failed to inform us about breakfast- hours, where it was, and the fact that our rate included breakfast. Wished we had known.
-
The room was excellent, and ideal for great sightseeing walks, the service, the behaviour of the staff and the breakfast were outstanding!
-

Lovely to stop in an exclusive Hotel at the heart of the City
-
The best location you can have in Brussel!!!
-
the room was great, very well decorated and comfortable. the art was well placed and added a nice touch
the restaurant attached to the hotel was very poor, lovely place but no atmosphere and food was sub-par. mini-bar prices were astronomical but to be expected in 5*
-
It was the best hotel. location was perfect literally one step from the grand palace area. rooms was so luxury and spacious even I chose the the standard one. if you want to visit Brussel go for it with no doubt.

Amigo Hotel is the best hotel in Brussels, this is for sure, starting from the services they provide to every diminutive detail in the room appearance. Hard to imagine a better location! Hard to find more helpful concierges! This hotel is a guaranteed choice once we get back to Brussels!
-
Location, location, location and location! Spacious room, great concierge and everything is within walking distance....
This is not a hotel comment, but keep in mind that central Brussels is not baby trolly friendly.
-
Staff was very friendly, helpfull and professional. We had an excellent dinner in the hotel's Italien restaurant. Moreover, the top location in the heart of Brussels makes Hotel Amigo a recommended place for city visitors. We are one of them !

perfect location, staff & cleanliness...
-
The staff were very friendly. If you order eggs and rashers to the room it only cost ten euro which was good value. We had tea and coffe making facilities i in the room but we did have to request it. Great location right on the grande place.
Rooms are small. chambermaids bang on the door every morning. The dining area for breakfast was a bit chaotic and not that relaxing. The atmosphere in the restaurant lacked the five star feel. We had to ask for menus at breakfast but were left waiting so we went back up to our room and ordered breakfast. It is better value to eat breakfast in the room if you have already requested the tea and coffee making facilities in the room
